Here’s what a concerned citizen would rightfully ask: how the fuck did Lavoie ever get appointed justice of a court despite his long bloody history? It’s a rather complicated process. See, since we are not a republic, instead of people with affirmed legal credentials getting either elected or appointed by the provinces, we have committees that choose for us who should and who shouldn’t be judge, the kind of committees that police want to influence by having a seat in them, as if the pigs don’t have too much power already! And if they fuck up, then they are subject not to impeachment but a “peer review,” which usually vindicates or defends the actions of such monsters.

There has to be something pointed out here: first of all, the allegation of Mr. LaVoie beating women isn’t true. Rather, it’s a term to describe someone who mistreats women, be it physically or not. He has a province-wide reputation of being a vile, nasty, cruel, bigoted, prejudiced and impulsive degenerate who may have bribed and bullied his way into power. I mean, the man is so obsessed with power that he wasn’t ever near being happy when he was rejected as the choice of Chief Justice of Saskatchewan’s court of appeal. Is he even married or have a girlfriend? This man, despite his age, must be destroyed. He must be put down. He must lose everything, including the very dignity he robbed from others. Irrespective of your views, be it left or right, unless you’re an extremist, we can all agree that there are limits to power. Canute the Great, though a king, famously demonstrated this by commanding the tides to recede. The President of the United States, despite recent history, doesn’t have absolute power. If the right people are in Congress, he can get impeached as well as judges and other public officers. Here, no such institutions exist. Your fate and the nation’s are left to luck, not law.

Here’s another example of his impulsive abuse of power. And here, here, here and here may be an example of his greed. Either the nation changes and so do its laws or he gets shot. Thirty years of bench-punching, screaming prejudice and delusion has caused more destruction than what Bush was capable of. He knows and he doesn’t care. Apologies do nothing. Judges shouldn’t sue for money. They shouldn’t be contracted. They should serve the people and obey the law. But how to depose of the scumshit?
